Job Summary:

As Corporate Relation Manager your role will be to lead and mentor the Corporate Relations team to build strong corporate relationships, generate placement opportunities for the learners & drive corporate partnerships, maximize fresher hiring conversions across branches.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the team, set targets, monitor performance, conduct reviews/training, and resolve operational issues.
- Drive fresher hiring strategies, lead generation, conversions, SOPs, MNC partnerships, and bulk hiring initiatives.
- Build strong corporate relationships, manage key tie-ups, and align corporate hiring needs with learner profiles.
- Track leads, visits, interviews, selections, and conversions; analyze performance and implement improvements.

Job Qualification & Skill Sets:




- 5-10 years of experience in IT Staffing/Permanent Staffing or a Consulting Firm; Graduate in any stream, preferably with placement knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience managing a team of at least 10 members.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
