Experience:
- 6 to 9 years of experience in the Legal domain, preferably within the Infrastructure, Construction, Railways, or Road Projects industries.

We have an immediate requirement for a Legal Officer

Role Overview: We are seeking a qualified legal qualified with strong experience in handling legal matters related to construction, infrastructure projects, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting of works contracts, ub-contracts, JV

agreements, and other project-related agreements

• Managing end-to-end contract lifecycle including pre-bid review,



contract finalization,

execution, and closure

• Handling Legal matters, claims, disputes, and coordination with external counsel

• Verification of land documents, title due diligence, and providing legal opinions for

project lands

• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies

• Liaising with government authorities, clients, contractors, and consultants on legal matters across Pan India.

Additional Requirements:

• Languages: Mandatory proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu

• Age: 30 to 35 years preferred

• Excellent communication skills
