Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Executive with experience in Electrical Products, Siemens Switchgear, Industrial Automation, or Control Panel Sales. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer handling, enquiry management, techno-commercial quotations, follow-ups, and order conversion.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Promote and sell Siemens Switchgear and Electrical Products.
- Prepare and coordinate techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and negotiations to achieve order conversion.
- Coordinate with Sales Engineers for customer visits and technical discussions.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain sales pipeline, enquiry trackers, quotation status and CRM records.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Design, Projects, Accounts and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up for Purchase Orders, payments, dispatch and order completion.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business,



cross-selling and up-selling.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

Product Knowledge Preferred

Experience or knowledge of:
- Siemens Switchgear
- MCCB / MCB / ACB
- Contactors & Overload Relays
- Siemens SIRIUS Products
- Motor Starters & Control Gear
- LV Electrical Products
- Control Panels
- PLC / HMI / SCADA
- VFD / Drives
- Industrial Automation Products

Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Industrial Sales / Sales Coordination.
- Experience in Electrical, Switchgear, Industrial Automation or Control Panel industry preferred.
- Strong lead generation, customer follow-up and order conversion skills.
- Positive understanding of electrical products and industrial applications.
- Experience in quotation preparation and techno-commercial coordination.
