What You’ll Be Doing
- Finding Great People: Lead friendly, transparent hiring processes that make candidates feel welcomed from day one.

Be the go-to confidant and advocate for our team—helping resolve challenges and keeping team morale high.
- Keeping Operations Smooth: Handle onboarding, attendance, and day-to-day HR systems with clarity and organization.
- Nurturing Growth: Facilitate feedback check-ins, engagement initiatives, and continuous learning for the team.

Who You Are
- The Background: Master of Social Work (MSW) preferred (or degree in HR / Psychology).
- The Experience: 1–2 years in early HR, talent acquisition, or community management roles.
- The Vibe: High empathy, great listener, proactive problem solver, and someone who thrives on helping others succeed.
