Installation & Service Engineer- Job description
Core Responsibilities:

Installation:
- Carry out in office installation of high temperature heat pump units, including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and refrigerant-circuit connections, as per design drawings and P&IDs.;
- Perform pre-commissioning checks:



pressure testing, vacuum/dehydration, refrigerant charging, and leak detection in line with F-Gas/refrigerant handling regulations.
- Commission compressors, evaporators, condensers, controls, and BMS/PLC integration, and validate performance against design parameters (COP, capacity, flow/temperature).
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and piping contractors at site to ensure installation readiness and resolve interface issues.
- Hand over commissioned systems to the customer with complete documentation, test records, and operator training.

Service & Maintenance
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) visits as per the maintenance calendar and OEM guidelines.
- Diagnose and rectify breakdowns on refrigeration circuits, compressors, controls, sensors, and auxiliary equipment, minimizing downtime.
