1. Role Objective

Manage, standardize, and automate all business reporting and MIS frameworks for Bombay Liquors LLP, providing leadership with actionable sales, inventory, and scheme performance analytics.

2. Key Responsibilities
- Compile, validate, and publish daily, weekly, and monthly business MIS reports across sales, inventory, and schemes.
- Track distributor sales performance, secondary off-take, scheme utilization, and channel stock balances.
- Build dynamic business dashboards and automated Excel models to streamline data reporting.
- Ensure 100% data integrity, validating raw data from field sales and distribution partners before consolidation.
- Prepare insightful presentations and variance analysis reports for senior management reviews.
- Automate recurring reporting workflows using advanced Excel functions (VBA/Macros, Power Query)

3. Preferred Background & Qualifications
- Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP,



INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros) are mandatory.
- 2+ years of prior experience handling sales/operations MIS in FMCG, Alcobev, or Retail sectors.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or contemporary BI tools is an added advantage.
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under strict reporting deadlines.
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, Computer Applications, or related discipline.
