About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist who can take ownership of our search visibility and drive sustainable organic growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that increase rankings, traffic, and conversions across our websites.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes (site speed, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema, etc.)
- Optimize on-page elements (title tags, meta descriptions, headings, content structure, internal linking)
- Create and execute content strategies based on search intent and opportunity
- Build and manage high-quality link-building and digital PR campaigns
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz, and Screaming Frog
- Identify and fix SEO issues across the website and recommend improvements to developers and content teams
- Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices




- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights + recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with content, product, marketing, and development teams to align SEO with broader business goals

Requirements:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
- Proven track record of improving organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
- Robust knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO
- Experience with major SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (advantage)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms is a plus
