Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and creative
Social Media Executive
with 6m to 1 year of hands-on experience in managing both
organic social media strategies and paid Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage
organic social media strategies
across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create, manage, and optimize
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
- Develop monthly content calendars, campaign strategies, and performance reports.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content teams to produce engaging creatives and videos.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social media insights.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends,



algorithms, and best practices.
- Handle community management including comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align social media campaigns with business objectives.
- Oversee creation of high-quality
graphics, videos, and creatives
ensuring strong visual storytelling and brand consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6m to 1 year of proven experience in
Social Media Management and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
.
- Robust knowledge of
organic growth strategies
and paid advertising techniques.
- Excellent creative sense with strong understanding of
graphics, design, and content aesthetics

- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing multiple brands or agency background is a plus.
