Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members. Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and budget. Develop and present design concepts, including mood boards, sketches, and digital renderings. Select and source materials, furniture, and accessories that align with the design vision and budget. Create detailed floor plans and elevations using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Layout Building Software, 2D & 3D Photoshop layout, PMC (File). Coordinate with contractors,



and other vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee the installation of design elements, ensuring quality and adherence to the project timeline. Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies. Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines. Conduct site visits to ensure design specifications are being met. Address client feedback and make necessary adjustments to the design plan. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Skills & Other requirements: Proven experience of (0-4) as an Architect, with a portfolio of completed projects. Experience in space planning, architecture and construction drawings. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Layout Building Software, 2D & 3D Photoshop layout, PMC (File). Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting. Excellent communication, Project Management Skills. Ability to manage multiple projects
