Management Trainee – MBA Fresher

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and career-oriented Management Trainee who has recently completed an MBA and is willing to develop a solid understanding of business operations, management practices and cross-functional activities.

The selected candidate will receive structured exposure to different departments and business functions and will work closely with senior management and departmental heads. The objective of this role is to develop the candidate into a future management professional / business leader.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Management Exposure

Understand the company's business model, products, processes and organizational structure.

Gain exposure to different departments and business functions.

Assist management in day-to-day business and operational activities.

2. MIS & Management Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

Collect, verify and analyze departmental data.

Prepare management presentations and business reports.

Track KPIs, targets and departmental performance.

Present findings and observations to senior management.

3. Business Analysis

Analyze sales, revenue, expenses, costs and operational performance.

Conduct basic market and competitor analysis.

Identify business trends and prepare reports.

Support management in data-driven decision making.

Assist in preparing business plans, budgets and forecasts.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Purchase, Production, Accounts and other departments.

Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

Maintain effective communication between departments.

Assist in resolving routine operational issues.
