We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Manager, Business Development Industrial Relations to drive lead generation, client engagement, and sales growth. The candidate will be responsible

for driving enterprise business development, building relationships with industry associations and corporate stakeholders, and creating & supporting key marketing initiatives.

The role requires a confident and articulate professional who can network effectively, understand customer requirements, deliver clear product pitches, influence decision-makers, and convert relationships into business opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise business development and generate new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with industry associations, corporate stakeholders, and strategic partners.
- Represent the organization at conferences, exhibitions and networking forums.
- Deliver effective product presentations and business pitches.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities and corporate events.
- Manage customer relationships,



negotiations and opportunity follow-ups.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new growth areas.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, demonstrations, and business closures.
- Manage and guide business development team members.
- Travel pan-India for customer meetings, events, business development, and client relationship management.
