About the Role

We are looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team in Jaipur. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment as well as day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals and other platforms.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Work closely with team leads and managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, interview schedules and recruitment trackers.
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave and basic HR operations.
- Support employee engagement and internal HR activities.




- Assist in implementing HR policies and processes.
- Handle employee queries and ensure smooth communication between employees and management.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
