ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own Hiring End-to-End
- Take complete ownership of roles from kickoff to offer closure
- Work directly with hiring managers to understand what great looks like
- Drive fast and high-quality hiring decisions

Source Like a Pro
- Actively source using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and creative channels
- Build strong pipelines instead of reacting to open roles
- Map talent and stay on top of the market

Run a Tight Process
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and keep things moving smoothly




- Ensure clear communication across candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain a strong bar on both skills and culture fit

Be the Face of the Company
- Create a great experience for every candidate you interact with
- Close candidates with confidence from first call to offer rollout
- Handle negotiations and drive closures

Track & Improve
- Keep ATS data clean and up to date
- Track key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, etc.)
- Continuously improve the hiring process

REQUIREMENTS:

2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills

Someone who is proactive, scrappy, and gets things done

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous setting

Great communication and people skills
