Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented PPC Specialist to manage and optimize

Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a

proven track record in paid advertising, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to craft

strategies that meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies across Google Ads and Meta

Ads platforms to achieve client KPIs.

● Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify

growth opportunities.

● Create and manage compelling ad copies,



visuals, and landing pages to improve ad

performance and conversion rates.

● Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CAC, and

provide actionable insights to enhance outcomes.

● Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and maximum ROI for each

campaign.

● Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies.

● Generate detailed performance reports and present results, strategies, and

recommendations to clients.

● Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.

● Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred but

not mandatory).

● 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
