Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Calling Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, follow up on leads, understand customer requirements, and drive customer visits and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and calls professionally.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up regularly on leads generated through various channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Convert qualified leads into customer visits at the centre.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending and future leads.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for smooth customer conversion.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.




- Prepare and share daily calling and sales performance reports.

Candidate Profile
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or business development will be preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
