About The Role
We are looking for a solid
Tech Lead
who can lead a development team while remaining hands-on with technology.

The role will be responsible for the engineering and technology delivery of the
Investor Portal
and a portfolio of
internal digital automations across various business functions
.

We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable
leading people, solving complex technical problems, writing production-grade code, improving engineering productivity using AI, and taking ownership of application security and stability.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in
Angular and Python
, along with a good understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, security, CI/CD and modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Engineering Leadership
- Lead and mentor the development team responsible for the Investor Portal and internal automation initiatives.
- Own the technical delivery of multiple applications and initiatives from design through production.




- Break business requirements into scalable technical solutions and actionable development tasks.
- Conduct code reviews and establish high standards for code quality, maintainability and performance.
- Build a culture of engineering ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Coach developers and help them grow technically.
- Identify capability gaps within the team and drive hiring, mentoring and upskilling.
- Hands-on Development
- Remain hands-on with development, particularly in Angular and Python.
- Design and develop scalable frontend applications using Angular.
- Build robust backend services, APIs and automation solutions using Python.
- Work with REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, databases and third-party integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Review and improve application architecture, performance and scalability.
