Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Production Engineer to support day-to-day production activities, ensure smooth manufacturing operations, maintain production quality, and achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities and achieve production targets.
- Supervise and coordinate shop-floor production operations.
- Ensure production processes are carried out as per defined standards.
- Monitor manpower, machines, materials, and production schedules.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and process requirements.




- Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
- Basic understanding of production planning and shop-floor operations.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or Diploma In Mechanical Engineering
- Candidates with 0–4 years of experience in manufacturing/production.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also apply.
