- Ensure all facilities, utilities, and mechanical equipment are maintained in optimal operating condition through an effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.
- Minimize equipment downtime and facility disruptions by providing timely maintenance and repair services.
- Support efficient procurement and maintenance planning through accurate processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receiving.
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure cleaning, security, and other facility services meet established KPIs and contractual requirements.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial machines.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues independently.
- Willingness to work in shifts and attend emergency breakdowns when required.
- Basic knowledge of lathe machine operation is preferred (not mandatory).

Education: Diploma/degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.

Experience: 1+ yr Experience can also apply.

Location: Chennai.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
