Role & responsibilities
- Project & Process Assistance: Support senior engineers in project planning, execution, system design, and performance testing.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect operational data, analyze process metrics, and prepare technical reports to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in implementing quality standards (ISO/Lean/Six Sigma), conducting root-cause analysis, and verifying output compliance.
- Cross-Functional Rotations: Complete mandatory department rotations (e.g., Design, Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain) and deliver project milestones for each phase.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to company EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) guidelines and industry regulations.

Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelors degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical & Diploma In Mechanical
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 01 years of internship experience.
