*Job Responsibilities:*
1. Answer incoming client calls & WhatsApp enquiries promptly
2. Make outbound calls to generate leads for DTCP plots
3. Explain project details, pricing, location & benefits to clients
4. Handle client queries and address objections professionally
5. Schedule site visits and send reminders to clients
6. Follow up with interested leads until conversion
7. Maintain and update CRM with daily call reports
8. Coordinate with sales team to close deals
9. Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets
10. Provide feedback on customer requirements to management
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
