VLH Bansal Motors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Works Manager to manage and oversee the overall workshop operations of our commercial vehicle dealership.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for workshop productivity, service quality, technician performance, customer satisfaction, job completion timelines and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations.
- Supervise technicians, service advisors and workshop support staff.
- Monitor vehicle repair, maintenance and service quality.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of workshop jobs.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency and bay utilisation.
- Ensure proper diagnosis and quality of repairs.
- Handle technical escalations and major customer complaints.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Spare Parts department.
- Monitor warranty and service-related processes.




- Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness and discipline.
- Track workshop KPIs and prepare management reports.
- Implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and workshop profitability.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automobile/commercial vehicle workshop operations preferred.
- Diploma/Degree/ITI in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Strong technical and team-management skills.
- Experience in commercial vehicle dealership/workshop preferred.
- Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of workshop processes and KPIs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
