Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Purchasing Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Purchasing Executive will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. Daily tasks include sourcing and evaluating suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices and terms,



and ensuring timely delivery of materials required for mining and metals operations. The role involves close coordination with internal departments to understand material requirements, monitor inventory levels, and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies or delays. The Purchasing Executive will also support vendor performance tracking, compliance with company policies, and continuous improvement of purchasing processes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, including accurate documentation and timely processing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement, covering supplier sourcing, negotiation, and cost optimization.
