Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, explaining our products/services, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Explain company products, services, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Follow up with leads and customers regularly.
- Identify customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.




- Update customer information in CRM/software or Excel.
- Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements
- 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or business development.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Hindi and English communication required.
- Knowledge of Punjabi or other regional languages will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
