Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Manage day-to-day client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Coordinate with internal teams across creative, media, content, SEO, and operations for smooth execution
- Ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality expectations
- Conduct regular client review meetings and maintain clear communication on progress and deliverables
- Understand client objectives and ensure execution aligns with business goals
- Track project timelines, approvals, dependencies, and pending actions across teams
- Support strategy discussions, campaign planning, and client presentations
- Prepare reports, MOMs, presentations, and status updates for clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify client concerns proactively and ensure quick resolution through coordination with teams
- Build solid long-term client relationships and contribute to account growth opportunities
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, accountability, and delivery ownership
