to strengthen platform reliability, resilience, observability, and incident response across Azure environments. ☁️

? Key Responsibilities

• Support platform reliability, availability, and resilience engineering initiatives.

• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.

• Monitor service health and troubleshoot production incidents.

• Validate recovery processes and operational readiness.

• Develop and maintain operational runbooks and documentation.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform observability.
