The candidate should be capable of independently developing new business while maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients and consistently delivering revenue targets.Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve exhibition and event revenue targets.
- Generate new business through direct sales, networking, referrals, digital channels, and industry contacts.
- Identify and approach potential exhibitors, sponsors, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and initial contact to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable exhibition/event solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, packages, sponsorships, and commercial terms within company guidelines.




- Conduct regular client meetings, calls, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the Lead Generation, Marketing, Operations, and Design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, client information, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and recent business opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking activities to develop new contacts.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Ensure timely achievement of individual and team sales targets.
