Role & responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in plant maintenance of Special Purpose Machines (SPM), automatic machines, and automatic assembly lines.
- Attend and resolve machine breakdowns during running plant shifts, ensuring minimum downtime.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines (SPM / assembly machines / automation systems).
- Conduct shop floor activities related to machine maintenance.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of pneumatic systems (air cylinders, valves, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and their upkeep.
- Record and analyze breakdown data (MTTR / MTBF), prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
- Use MS Office, SAP system for breakdown entry, maintenance records, and reporting.
- Support industrial automation activities for machine efficiency and uptime improveme
Preferred candidate profile
Dip./BE/ B.Tech. with Mechanical
- Good written & verbal communication skills
