Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on CTO to own the company’s technology vision, architecture, product development, and engineering function. You will work closely with the founders to build and scale a production-grade product across AI/ML, full-stack engineering, data, and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology strategy, architecture, and engineering roadmap.
- Build and ship production-grade full-stack and AI/ML solutions.
- Own technical decisions around architecture, scalability, security, performance, and technology choices.
- Lead hiring, mentoring, and development of the engineering team.
- Partner with founders and product leadership on product strategy and technical execution.
- Stay hands-on with critical technical initiatives and drive 0→1 product development.




- Establish engineering standards, development practices, and technical governance.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Founder, CTO, startup leadership, Senior Engineer, Engineering Lead, or equivalent.
- Robust hands-on expertise in AI/ML and production software development.
- Strong full-stack, cloud, API, database, and infrastructure capabilities.
- Excellent architecture, scalability, security, and technical decision-making skills.
- Experience working in early-stage/startup environments with high ownership and ambiguity.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with a product and execution mindset.

Pay: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹5,500,000.00 per year
