Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Structural Supervisor to supervise and coordinate structural construction and commissioning activities at site. The candidate will ensure protected, quality and timely execution of structural works in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, HSSE requirements and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily structural construction and commissioning activities at site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, procedures and project schedule.
- Manage site workforce, materials, tools and construction equipment.
- Ensure the team works with the latest approved drawings, specifications and procedures.
- Coordinate with Construction, Project Management, QA/QC,



Engineering and other disciplines.
- Enforce HSSE and Quality requirements throughout construction activities.
- Coordinate site issues, resolve conflicts and support smooth construction execution and handover.
- Implement approved changes to construction plans and scope while assessing their impact.
- Monitor progress and support timely completion of project milestones.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, highlighting achievements, issues and recommendations.
- Support site inspections, testing, commissioning and quality verification activities.
- Provide technical guidance to supervisors and construction teams.

Qualification & Certification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
- Candidates with any of the following certifications will be preferred:
- CSWIP 3.1
- IWI (IIW-S-IIS)
- AWS QC1
- CWI
