To manage the school transport system safely, efficiently, and on time, ensuring the safety of students and proper coordination of drivers, attendants, and buses.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily school bus operations and routes.
- Prepare bus schedules and driver/attendant duty rosters.
- Ensure buses operate safely and on time.
- Supervise drivers and bus attendants.
- Ensure all buses are clean, maintained, and roadworthy.
- Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, fuel, and related expenses.
- Ensure all vehicle documents, permits, insurance, and licences are valid.
- Handle transport-related complaints from parents and students.
- Monitor GPS/bus tracking and report delays or route changes.
- Maintain records of buses, drivers, students, maintenance, and incidents.
- Handle emergencies, breakdowns, and accidents promptly.
- Ensure drivers and attendants follow school safety rules.
- Report major transport issues to the Principal/Management.





Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Diploma in Transport, Logistics, Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in transport or fleet management.
- School transport experience is preferred.
