Job Summary

Vesper Group is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business development of its poultry healthcare and nutrition product portfolio in the Palladam, Pollachi, and Annur regions. The candidate will be responsible for expanding market share, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through technical and commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and expand the dealer/distributor network.
- Increase market penetration by acquiring new customers.
- Promote Vesper Group's poultry medicines, feed additives, nutritional supplements, disinfectants, and specialty products.
- Identify current business opportunities in broiler, layer, breeder, and integrated poultry farms.





Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with poultry farmers, veterinarians, consultants, distributors, and integrators.
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide technical product support.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Development
- Organize farmer meetings, technical seminars, dealer meets, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
- Collect market intelligence and submit timely reports.

Sales Planning & Reporting
- Prepare weekly tour plans and daily call reports.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and collections.
- Forecast sales and identify growth opportunities within the territory.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Team & Territory Management
- Efficiently manage
