Data Support Engineer

Location: Mumbai – BKC

Experience: 4–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

Provide data and application support for business-critical systems and data pipelines.

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Python-based scripts and applications.

Write complex SQL queries and manage database-related issues.

Perform web scraping and data extraction from multiple sources.

Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows using Apache Airflow.

Work with Redis, Cassandra, and Kafka for data storage, caching, and messaging.

Support Calypso applications and resolve data-related issues.

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

Investigate data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Coordinate with development, infrastructure,



and business teams for effective production support.

Required Skills

4–6 years of experience in Data Support, Data Engineering, or Production Support.

Expert-level Python programming skills.

Robust SQL and database knowledge.

Hands-on experience with Web Scraping.

Experience with Redis, Cassandra, and Kafka.

Knowledge of Calypso is preferred.

Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards.

Strong understanding of Apache Airflow / workflow orchestration.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
