Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and onboard top talent for various positions across the organization.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs, including headhunting and executive hiring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
- Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
Job Requirements :
- 10-17 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment).
- Proven track record of success in lead generation through industry mapping, networking, and social media outreach.
- Solid understanding of leadership hiring principles and ability to manage teams effectively.
