Job Summary
We are looking for a Power BI developer with 2-5 years of experience to design, develop, and deliver impactful dashboards and analytics solutions. The role involves working with SQL, Power Query, and Power BI best practices to transform data into clear, actionable insights for business decision-making. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while collaborating with teams to support client requirements and reporting needs.
Must-Have skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying dashboarding, data visualizations, and analytics using Power BI.
- Experience using the Power Query Editor tool within Power BI (or Excel).
- Familiarity with optimizing data layouts and table relationships within Power BI.
- Excellent experience in SQL Queries
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Thorough understanding of data visualization design best practices (Power BI).
Good to have skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to do client interactions.
- Willingness and aptitude for detailed work.
- Robust organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Guide the capabilities and functionalities of visualization tools
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to perform analysis of data and information that will provide our clients with actionable insights
- Create data visuals that allow our clients to understand and interpret our work properly
- Develop processes for visually monitoring, analyzing, and presenting results from ongoing data feeds.
- Review the work of others to ensure high-quality work
- Draft the technical aspects of written reports and other correspondence
