Specific Knowledge and Skills Required
Essential:
- Experience in handling domestic & export sales invoicing with accuracy and compliance.
- Experience in handling store operations, including inventory management, team supervision, compliance, and ensuring efficient and timely material flow while maintaining accuracy and cost control.
- Robust knowledge of IFRS (Ind AS 115 , Revenue Recognition) and its practical application.
- Expertise in logistics coordination, transporter handling, and dispatch planning.
- Ability to negotiate freight rates effectively with transporters and optimize logistics cost.
- Proficient in GST compliances, customs regulations, TCS, TDS, E-way bill, E-invoicing, and export-oriented schemes.
- Hands-on experience in export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), etc.
- Strong interdepartmental coordination with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams for smooth operations.
- Responsible for month-end closing and corporate reporting.
- Experience in handling MIS reporting and financial analysis.




- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of supporting records for all financial transactions.
- Oversee & coordinate annual internal, external, and statutory audits.
- Collaborate with auditors for issue resolution and audit closure.
- Ability to streamline processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and team collaboration.
- Candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end order to Invoice cycle with financial compliance and store operations.
