Role & Responsibilities
- Drive implementation of Risk & Opportunity Management at proposal and project level.
- Support the Project Manager / Project Director in qualitative and quantitative risk assessment.
- Lead and coordinate Risk Assessment Workshops, Risk Evaluation Committees and risk management reviews.
- Maintain and periodically update Project Risk & Opportunity Registers and ensure timely reporting.
- Review and drive risk mitigation and opportunity maximization plans with Risk Owners and the Project Management Team.
- Coordinate with Estimation, Cost Control and Planning teams for quantitative risk assessment using static/probabilistic methodologies.
- Track risk-related actions, follow-ups and reporting through Monthly Summary Reports.




- Capture and incorporate lessons learned from previous projects into ongoing risk management.

Key Requirements
- Relevant experience in the EPC industry, with strong experience as a Risk Manager on large-scale, multidisciplinary EPC projects.
- Strong expertise in Project Risk & Opportunity Management.
- Experience in both qualitative and quantitative risk assessment.
- Robust stakeholder management and coordination skills across Project, Planning, Cost, Estimation and Engineering functions.
