Role & responsibilities
- Oversee HVAC outfitting activities at the block stage, including planning, installation, testing, and quality assurance of HVAC systems
- Ensure that all HVAC installations meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards and are executed in accordance with project specifications.
- Supervise the Work Preparator/Material Controller and Supervisor HVAC, providing clear instructions, support, and resources for effective task completion
- Guide the team in resource allocation, prioritizing tasks to maintain outfitting schedule and prevent delays
- Work closely with the Work Preparator/Material Controller to ensure the timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment necessary for engineering and auxiliary outfitting activities




- Implement quality control measures for all HVAC outfitting activities, conducting regular inspections to verify that installations meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on the progress of HVAC outfitting tasks, tracking project milestones, resource usage, and adherence to timelines.

Preferred candidate profile
- Additional certifications in Project Management, Quality Control, or Supply Chain Management are advantageous
- Hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing HVAC installation tasks, including quality assurance, repair and regulatory compliance
