What You Will Do (The Role)
- Client & Mandate Acquisition: Identify companies with active hiring requirements, reach out to hiring decision-makers, and secure recruitment mandates under our corporate agreements.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Leverage client-provided applicant data or source active talent using professional databases (Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, etc.) to line up qualified candidates.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial telephonic evaluations to assess candidate suitability, communication, notice periods, and salary expectations.
- Interview & Offer Management: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients, manage expectations,
and follow through to final joining and closure.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven 360-degree recruitment experience (handling both client acquisition/outreach and candidate delivery in an agency or freelance capacity).
- Hunter Mentality: A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the confidence to pitch hiring managers and win accounts.
- Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on proficiency in navigating job boards, Boolean search techniques, and candidate databases.
- Communication: Qualified verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
