About the Role

Blessing Softtech is looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute our online marketing activity. You will work across social media, content, SEO, email, and paid campaigns — publishing, monitoring, and reporting on what works.

This is a hands-on, learning-focused role. You will not be expected to arrive with everything figured out, but you should be curious, organised, and willing to test ideas and measure results rather than guess. Guidance and mentoring will come from the marketing lead.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media
- Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Write post copy and coordinate with the design team for creatives.
- Schedule and publish posts, and keep posting frequency consistent.
- Respond to comments and messages,



and monitor mentions of the company.
- Track engagement, reach, and follower growth, and report what performed and why.

Content & SEO
- Write and publish blog posts, case studies, and website copy under editorial guidance.
- Carry out basic keyword research and apply on-page SEO — titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt text, and internal links.
- Update and maintain website content through the CMS.
- Support link-building, directory listings, and business profile management.
- Monitor search rankings and organic traffic, and flag drops or opportunities.

Paid Campaigns
- Assist in setting up and running campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Prepare ad copy variations and coordinate creative assets.
- Monitor daily spend, clicks, and conversions, and flag anything performing poorly.
- Maintain campaign trackers and support A/B tests on copy, creative, and audiences.
