Senior OPEX Engineer – IMS

Location: Chhatral, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000/month
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 Years (at least 2 years in IMS or QMS implementation)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior OPEX Engineer – IMS to drive IMS/QMS implementation, internal audits, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain IMS / QMS systems
- Conduct Internal System Audits and support external/customer audits
- Identify NCs, drive RCA & CAPA and ensure timely closure
- Prepare and monitor QMS/IMS documentation, KPIs and audit reports
- Support management in system compliance and continual improvement
- Drive 5S, Kaizen and Lean improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process improvement
- Track audit findings and improvement actions to completion

Must-Have Experience
- 5+ years of relevant Quality / IMS / QMS experience




- Minimum 2 years of experience as MR / Assistant MR or equivalent QMS responsibility
- Strong hands-on experience in ISO 9001:2015 / IMS implementation
- Experience in Internal System Audits
- Experience handling NC, RCA, CAPA and audit closure
- Positive knowledge of 5S, Kaizen & Lean practices
- Lead Auditor certification of QMS/IMS is mandatory
- Strong documentation, analytical and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on Quality/IMS professional who can independently manage audits, QMS implementation, compliance and continuous improvement activities while working closely with management and shop-floor teams.

Candidates from Gujarat preferred.
