Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our sales team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in inside sales or lead generation. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, generating qualified opportunities, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.





Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify potential business opportunities.

Understand customer requirements and explain the company's services and solutions.

Schedule meetings and product/service discussions for the sales team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Follow up regularly with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

Work closely with the Business Development and Recruitment teams to achieve business objectives.

Meet monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and engage with clients confidently.
