Role Description

Early Autism Services Private Limited is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing and treating communication disorders in children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other related conditions. They will be responsible for developing and implementing appropriate language and communication goals, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the provision of comprehensive services.

Qualifications
- Bachelors'/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current licensure/certification as a Speech Language Pathologist in India or eligibility to obtain licensure in India




- Experience, or robust interest, in working with young children with autism spectrum disorders and related conditions
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, with experience in administering a range of standardized assessments
- Ability to develop and implement treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy
- Ability to collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal communication
