Job Title: CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)
Location: Raipur
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: Negotiable
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Regularly follow up with customers.
- Maintain customer records and update data.
- Coordinate with the sales and other teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely support.
- Prepare basic customer reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused and responsible.
- Experience in CRM/customer handling preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
