AQM Technologies is looking for a Travel Desk Executive / Travel Executive to manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, clients, and business travelers.

The candidate will be responsible for travel bookings, visa coordination, vendor management, travel documentation, MIS reporting, and ensuring all travel arrangements are completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with company policies.

Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, railways, and ground transportation.
- Handle employee and business travel requests while ensuring compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
- Make and manage travel bookings through platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Yatra, EaseMyTrip, Cleartrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Expedia, and other travel portals.
- Coordinate flight changes, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and other travel-related requirements.
- Process and coordinate visa applications and ensure timely submission and approvals.




- Liaise with airlines, hotels, embassies, visa service providers, travel agencies, and other travel vendors.
- Maintain accurate travel records, booking information, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate travel insurance, forex, passport, immigration, and other travel-related requirements.
- Monitor travel schedules and proactively resolve travel-related issues.
- Ensure travel arrangements are cost-effective and aligned with organizational policies.
- Support employees and business travelers with travel-related queries and requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit, compliance, and reporting purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline. A degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism will be an advantage.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in corporate travel, travel desk, travel operations, or a similar role.
