1. Inbound Logistics
- Coordinate the movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods from suppliers to the plant/warehouse.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for pickup and delivery schedules.
- Track incoming shipments and ensure timely delivery as per the required schedule.
- Verify shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, E-way Bill, LR/AWB, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and QC team for receiving and inspection.
- Follow up on delayed, short, damaged, or missing materials.
- Maintain proper records of all inbound shipments.
- Coordinate with the Procurement team regarding pending and upcoming deliveries.

2. Outbound Logistics
- Coordinate dispatches to customers, agents, distributors, and other destinations.
- Plan shipments based on customer delivery requirements and production readiness.
- Coordinate with transporters, courier companies, and freight forwarders for dispatch.
- Prepare and verify Invoice, Packing List, E-way Bill, Delivery Challan, LR/AWB, and other shipping documents.




- Track shipments until delivery confirmation.
- Share dispatch details and tracking information with the concerned internal teams and customers.
- Ensure dispatches are completed within the committed delivery timelines.

3. Import & Export Logistics
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping agents for import/export shipments.
- Follow up on shipment bookings, pickup, customs clearance, and delivery.
- Ensure required shipping and compliance documents are available before shipment.
- Track international shipments and update the concerned teams regularly.
- Coordinate for Air, Sea, and Road shipments as required.

4. Shipment Tracking & Coordination
- Maintain daily shipment tracking reports for all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively highlight delays or risks.
