Job Description

R. K. Enterprises, a leading B2B textile and uniform fabric trading company based in Kolkata, is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and generate qualified business leads.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing activities across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms, with a strong focus on B2B lead generation, brand building and business enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the company and its brands.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging, professional content.
- Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Generate B2B leads from schools, colleges, corporates, hospitals, industries, institutions and uniform manufacturers.
- Handle SEO, website optimisation, Google Business Profile and Google Search Console.
- Conduct keyword research and develop SEO-focused content.
- Create monthly content calendars and coordinate with designers/content creators.
- Track website traffic, leads,



campaign performance, CPL and ROI.
- Maintain digital marketing reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Explore recent digital channels, AI tools and marketing technologies to improve lead generation.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up of digital enquiries.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, analytical and result-oriented, rather than someone focused only on social media posting.
