We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales & Logistics (HOD) to own overall export sales strategy at Synnat Pharma, a fast-growing pharmaceutical leader in API and Intermediates. This pivotal role requires 10+ years of experience, preferably with an MBA, to drive our global leadership aspirations. You will ensure day-to-day sales workflows and logistics functions, oversee local sales expansion, and manage crucial compliance aspects including GST department updates, Export Obligation monitoring, and EBRC.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Operations

1. Develop and implement overall export sales strategies to achieve global leadership in selected API products.

2. Oversee day-to-day sales workflows, ensuring productive operations and high customer satisfaction.

3. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

4. Drive local sales initiatives and expand market presence within non-regulated and semi-regulated markets.

Ensure negotiation of favorable terms and conditions with clients to maximize profitability and market share.

Logistics & Supply Chain Management

1. Implement best practices for inventory management and warehouse operations in coordination with the supply chain team.

2. Oversee the selection and management of freight forwarders and logistics partners.

3. Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.

4. Act as a central point of coordination between shipping agencies, Customs Clearing Agents (CHA/CCA), and internal teams including warehouse and supply chain.

5. Manage end-to-end logistics coordination, ensuring smooth business flow from order placement to delivery.

Export-Import Compliance & Documentation

1. Manage all aspects of Export Bill Realization Certificates (EBRC) and other necessary export-import certifications.

2. Monitor Export Obligation (EO) for various schemes and ensure timely fulfillment.
