Job Description – Garment Merchandiser

Position: Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities
- Manage orders from product development to final shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers on styles, tech packs, costing, samples, approvals, and production.
- Prepare and monitor T&A; calendars to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with fabric, trims, sourcing, production, quality, and logistics teams.
- Follow up on sampling, buyer comments, approvals, and production status.
- Ensure garments meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and shipment deadlines.
- Maintain order records, approvals, and buyer correspondence.
- Resolve production/order-related issues proactively and keep buyers updated.





Candidate Profile
- 5 years of experience in garment export merchandising.
- Valuable knowledge of fabrics, garments, measurements, sampling, and production.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Good command of MS Excel, email, and English communication.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and work under deadlines.

Preferred: Experience with international buyers, buying houses, or export-oriented garment manufacturers.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
