Karunya University is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing & Sales professional to lead marketing initiatives, drive student admissions and institutional outreach, strengthen the University's brand presence, and develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies aligned with institutional objectives.
- Drive student admissions through effective lead generation, conversion, and outreach initiatives.
- Identify new markets, target segments, and opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, corporates, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and execute digital, offline, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue-related metrics.
- Lead and motivate the marketing and sales team to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for marketing and admission initiatives.




- Organize and participate in education fairs, school/college visits, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
- Develop partnerships and institutional collaborations that support student recruitment and brand growth.
- Prepare regular reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance updates for management.
- Ensure consistent representation of the University's brand, values, and academic offerings.

- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, business development, or education marketing.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns and sales teams.
