Role & responsibilities
*Handle end-to-end purchase activities including RFQ, quotation comparison, negotiation, PO generation and follow-up.
*Generate and release Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved purchase requirements.
*Coordinate with vendors for price, delivery schedules, quality and payment terms.
*Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
*Understand BOM, material specifications, drawings and purchase requirements.
*Source materials for welding automation machines, fabrication and machine assembly.
*Coordinate with Production, Stores, Design and Engineering teams to understand material requirements.
*Identify and develop suitable vendors for engineering and machine-manufacturing materials.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Gender: Male
- Experience: 2-3 years in Purchase, preferably in engineering/manufacturing industries.
